Gravitas is supporting a growing consumer technology business in hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join a product-focused analytics team.

This role suits someone who enjoys working close to product, engineering and commercial teams, using data to shape priorities and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a clear view of product performance through practical, well-defined metrics and reporting.
  • Turn complex behavioural data into insight that helps teams decide what to build, test or improve next.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, researchers and engineers to support discovery, delivery and optimisation.
  • Shape measurement plans for new features, experiments and customer journeys.
  • Translate analysis into concise recommendations for senior audiences.
  • Help raise the standard of analytics practice across the wider data community.
  • Support and guide other analysts, sharing approaches that improve quality and consistency.

About You:

We are looking for a confident analyst who can balance technical depth with commercial judgement and clear communication.

  • Background in product, growth or customer analytics within a digital or consumer environment.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with an understanding of data pipelines and reliable data foundations.
  • Comfortable designing analysis around customer behaviour, funnels, journeys and product adoption.
  • Experience using experimentation, statistical thinking and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Experience coaching or supporting analysts would be advantageous.
