We're partnering with a high-growth technology business operating in a fast-paced environment, the company is building technology that removes friction from commerce and helps businesses deliver a better customer experience.
The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work with large and complex datasets to uncover insights, investigate business problems and measure the impact of product and operational changes. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, using advanced analytical techniques to understand what drives performance and turn your findings into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large, complex datasets using advanced SQL to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and other methods of measuring causal impact.
- Develop analytical frameworks to measure product performance, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
- Investigate ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions and identify the underlying drivers of performance.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative environment where analytical rigour and ownership are valued.

About You
You have 5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst or Product Analyst within a fast-paced technology business. You have advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. You have hands-on experience with experimentation, statistical testing, A/B testing or causal analysis. You can demonstrate how your analysis has influenced product decisions, business strategy or operational outcomes. You're comfortable working in an environment where priorities evolve and problems aren't always clearly defined. You communicate effectively and can turn complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.

Experience within a high-growth start-up, technology scale-up or established product-led technology company would be particularly valuable. Candidates from larger organisations should demonstrate experience in a strong technical and product-focused environment.
