The Opportunity

Lottie is building the AI operating system for social care. Families find care through our marketplace, and providers run their business on Found, with Eliza, our AI agent, handling their family calls and chats. That's a lot of data, and using it well is how we transform care.

We're hiring a commercially-minded Senior Data Analyst to partner with Commercial, Finance and Product. You'll learn how our marketplace works and use analytics to shape our strategy, from partner acquisition to board reporting.

We're a lean team with big ambitions. You'll help define how Lottie creates value from its data, with AI as a default way of working. If you want your analysis to shape how a business grows and how care works, this is the role for you!

What does this role involve?

  • Ship the full stack of analytics: pipelines, dashboards, experiments and stakeholder narratives - using AI to move faster at every step.
  • Build AI into how the team works: prompt workflows, AI-assisted analysis in Hex, faster iteration in Metabase, and automation where it multiplies impact.
  • Coach colleagues so self-serve isn't just dashboards - it's people using AI and Metabase confidently.

What problems will you be solving?

  • Backing strategy with data: You'll work with leadership on the big commercial questions, building a deep understanding of how the marketplace works and turning it into analysis that drives the decision.
  • Driving commercial growth through data: You'll use BigQuery and Hex to spot acquisition opportunities and build analyses that show the value of our platform.
  • Unlocking product intelligence: You'll uncover how care providers use our platform, using experiments to understand cause and effect, and help communicate Found's value across the business.
  • Enabling financial excellence and board-level insights: You'll work with Finance to optimise processes, ensure accuracy and support board reporting.
  • Turning ad hoc into self-serve: You'll scope requests before committing time, push back when something isn't the best use of it, and build self-serve dashboards so the same question doesn't come back twice.

We think you’ll be a great fit if…

  • You're technically strong and move fast - You have 4+ years in data analytics. You use tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or Hex AI in your day-to-day analytics, and you know SQL well enough to review, question and fix what comes back.
  • You're commercially-minded, not just technically-minded - You have a natural ability to understand business context and identify opportunities that drive action. You don't just answer questions - you probe deeper, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that genuinely move the needle on commercial outcomes.
  • You’re AI-fluent in practice - You already use tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or Hex AI in your day-to-day analytics, and you can show a before/after of how that’s changed your speed or quality. Curiosity alone isn’t enough; you ship with it.
  • You're an exceptional problem-solver - You have a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills (this matters more to us than specific industry experience). You thrive on ambiguity, breaking down abstract requirements into actionable solutions with wide freedom in your approach.
  • You're a compelling communicator - You have proven experience influencing diverse stakeholders from technical teams to non-technical commercial leaders. You can translate complex analyses into clear narratives, and you’re confident scoping requests and saying no to senior stakeholders when it’s the right call.
  • You're analytically rigorous - You can demonstrate numerical and statistical aptitude through work, studies, or outside-work projects. You know when to apply different analytical approaches and can explain your methodology clearly.
  • You pick up how a business works, fast - Marketplace or GTM experience is a plus, but B2B, B2C or consultancy backgrounds all work if you get to grips with the business quickly.
  • Our stack is BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase and Hex - Experience with these helps, but it isn’t essential if you’ve used comparable tools.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
