Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer
Location: Remote-first (UK) | Offices in Central London
We're working with a fast-growing analytics specialist working with modern, data-driven businesses to help them understand customers, improve performance, and make better decisions with data.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer who enjoys owning work end to end and working across a variety of projects. This is a senior, hands-on role with real responsibility, real influence, and plenty of room to grow.
The role
This is an analytics engineering-focused position where you’ll work closely with clients from day one. You’ll typically run two projects at a time, each with clear scope, impact, and visibility.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Gathering and shaping client requirements
- Building robust, well-structured data models using dbt
- Writing high-quality, performant SQL
- Delivering insights through BI tools
- Translating business questions into clear analytical outputs
- Managing stakeholders directly and owning delivery from start to finish
This is not a narrow reporting role. You’ll see the full lifecycle of analytics work and have real input into how projects are delivered.

What we’re looking for
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer
- Advanced SQL skills and dbt experience
- Confidence working end to end, from requirements through to insights
- Strong business understanding, not just technical execution
- Experience working with customer, product, marketing, or commercial data
- Bonus if you've had exposure to subscription or e-commerce businesses
