Not your grandad’s bookie.
We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst to help Midnite make smarter decisions through sharp analysis and close stakeholder partnership, with the BI craft to turn that work into reporting people trust.
This is a broad analytics role for someone who knows BI well. You'll build impactful self-serve dashboards in Omni and help raise dashboard standards, and work across Product, Growth, Casino, Sportsbook, Commercial and Trading to turn ambiguous questions into clear briefs and actionable recommendations.
You'll also support strategic analytics projects and find better ways to get stakeholders the data and insight they need, helping shape how analytics supports decisions as Midnite scales.
You will:
- Turn business questions into structured briefs, clear analysis and recommendations that have an impact.
- Build strong, consistent reporting in Omni, and help raise dashboard standards across the team.
- Build self-serve tools that let stakeholders explore data on their own, rather than coming to an analyst for every question.
- Support strategic analytics projects across the business, from customer intelligence to experimentation.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, Casino, Sportsbook, Commercial, and Trading stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities in the data.
- Communicate findings clearly and influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to raising analytical maturity across the business as it scales into new markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
