Senior Product Analytics – Data & Insights (iGaming)
Company Overview

Key Responsibilities
Product Analytics
- Define metrics for new and existing features.
- Design and analyse A/B tests end-to-end:
- Hypothesis formulation
- Sample sizing
- Statistical readout
- Providing decision recommendations
- Diagnose user behaviour, identify drop-off points, and surface opportunities the product team may not have considered.
Operational & Commercial Analysis
- Build the analytical backbone for business reviews:
- Revenue drivers
- Retention analysis
- Cohort performance
- Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Segmentation insights
- Translate dashboard observations into actionable next steps for operational and commercial leads.
New Market & New Product Line Analysis
- Lead analytics for market entries and product launches:
- Sizing the opportunity
- Defining success metrics pre-launch
- Monitoring post-launch performance
- Identifying what to scale or kill
Deep-Dive Investigations
- Own ambiguous business questions end-to-end: frame the problem, design the analysis, build models, validate assumptions, and present clear recommendations.
- Drive analysis proactively rather than waiting for direction.

Stakeholder Influence
- Communicate findings effectively to Product, Ops, and senior leadership with clarity and conviction.
- Push back when data contradicts prevailing views, earning trust through rigour.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of analytics experience in a consumer-facing product environment, with demonstrable impact on product and commercial outcomes.
- Advanced SQL – comfortable writing performant queries against large, complex datasets (e.g., window functions, CTEs, query optimisation).
- Strong Python – proficiency in pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels (or equivalent); ability to build analysis pipelines, not just notebooks.
- Solid applied statistics – expertise in:
- Experimental design
- Hypothesis testing
- Sample sizing
- Multiple testing correction
- Regression and causal inference fundamentals
- Ability to determine when a statistical method fits—and when it doesn’t.
Soft & Commercial Skills
- Strong product sense: comprehension of user interaction with products, success/failure reasons of features, and translation of behavioural signals into product hypotheses.
- Think and contribute like a Product Manager as well as an analyst.
- Commercial thinking: prioritise analysis by business impact, not data availability.
- Communicate how your work affects revenue, retention, or growth.
- Structured analytical thinking: break ambiguous questions into clear problems; apply frameworks like:
- AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral)
- North Star metrics
- Opportunity sizing
- Driver trees naturally.

Communication & Collaboration
- Exceptional written & verbal communication (fluent in English).
- Ability to influence non-technical stakeholders and challenge senior leadership with evidence-driven insights.
- Experience with at least one modern BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase).
- Experience working with global or multi-region data, including:
- Timezone handling
- Currency normalisation
- Cross-market comparisons
Language & Legal Compliance
- Right to work in the UK.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese required for collaboration with regional teams.
