Senior Data Analyst

London (Hybrid) | Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Looking for an opportunity to shape subscription growth and customer retention through data? This is a chance to join a fast-growing digital business where your insights will directly influence product strategy, audience engagement, and commercial performance. You'll work with large-scale user data, build predictive models, and help drive critical decisions across the organisation.

The Role

  • Analyse the end-to-end subscription funnel to identify conversion opportunities and areas for optimisation.
  • Deliver insight into customer behaviour, retention trends, and subscriber engagement.
  • Develop and enhance Lifetime Value (LTV) and churn prediction models.
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions that monitor key subscription and business metrics.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to improve data collection and measurement frameworks.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to support growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Present actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support experimentation and measurement strategies to evaluate business performance.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in data analysis, customer analytics, lifecycle analytics, or subscription analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working in cloud-based data environments.
  • Experience building analytical datasets, data models, or data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of retention analysis, cohort analysis, experimentation, and predictive modelling.
  • Experience with BI and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence business stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within product, marketing, or growth-focused teams.
  • Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics is beneficial.
  • Experience within subscription, membership, media, digital product, or customer-focused environments is advantageous.
