Senior Data Analyst
London (Hybrid) | 75k + Benefits

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights across the customer lifecycle, helping the business better understand subscriber behaviour and improve key commercial metrics.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyse customer journeys and subscription funnels to identify conversion opportunities and reduce drop-off.
- Track and report on subscription, retention, and engagement metrics through dashboards and regular performance analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into customer behaviour, retention trends, and audience engagement patterns.
- Develop and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) models to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and enhance churn prediction models to identify at-risk customers and improve retention outcomes.
- Work with large-scale datasets to uncover trends and generate actionable recommendations.
- Partner with product, growth, marketing, and engineering teams to define success metrics and measure performance.
- Ensure high-quality data capture and support improvements to data collection processes.
- Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics, customer analytics, lifecycle analytics, or subscription analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working in cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Experience creating data models and transforming raw event data into analysis-ready datasets.
- Strong dashboarding and reporting experience using BI tools such as Looker Studio or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques including cohort analysis, experimentation, regression, survival analysis, and predictive modelling.
- Experience developing LTV, retention, or churn analysis frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex insights and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Experience with Python or R would be beneficial.
- Exposure to web or app analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel would be advantageous.
