A bit about the role
We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst to become the owner of audience intelligence across some of Hyve's flagship retail events.
This is far more than a reporting role. You'll transform complex attendee, buyer, registration and CRM data into meaningful business intelligence that influences strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Attendee Experience.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll uncover trends, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and deliver insights that help shape commercial strategy, improve audience engagement and support continued event growth.
You'll own the reporting environment for audience intelligence, ensuring our teams have accurate, actionable data that drives smarter decisions. From executive dashboards and commercial reporting to audience segmentation and meetings program optimization, your work will directly influence how we engage our customers and grow our events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
