The Change Partners are working with an iconic travel brand who are looking for a Senior Data Analyst across their CRM and Loyalty teams, initially on a contract basis that could convert to permanent.
The Senior Data Analyst will work with CRM and loyalty data to help consolidate customer data into Snowflake and create a scalable, maintainable, and single-source data platform that feeds into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (newly integrated), as well as day-to-day data analytics and insights operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own CRM Data strategy and Governance.
- Day-to-day management of sources and flows within CRM data and optimisation.
- Set standards for data quality, testing, and validation to ensure integrity and accuracy of Data for Loyalty and CRM strategies.
- Bridge the gap between CRM/Loyalty, IT, and Data.
- Drive integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and wider Customer Data Platforms, including the wider ecosystem.
- Be the 'go-to' and subject matter expert in the business for all CRM and Loyalty Data as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work with technical teams to build new and scalable data solutions, including building requirements.
- Project-manage CRM data-related projects end-to-end.
- Work with SQL to extract, transform, and analyse large datasets to provide insights and performance measurement.
- Wider development of dashboards, reporting, measurement, and wider areas to support improvement and adoption to support customer marketing and CRM campaigns.

Your background:

- 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst.
- 2 years of experience specifically working on CRM/Loyalty Data.
- Tangible, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Able to use SQL, and Python (ideal but not essential).
- Excellent stakeholder management and gravitas to support internal stakeholder discussions.
- Able to start within 2-4 weeks.
