Are you looking for a new challenge?

Fancy helping us shape the future of motor insurance? Prima could be the place for you.
Since 2015, we’ve been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price. Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. In fact, we’re trusted by over 5 million drivers. And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.

To help fuel that growth, we need a Senior Data Analyst to join our Claims UK team.
Our Claims Team is a pillar of our strategic plan for Prima’s future growth. In this role you will be instrumental in building dashboards, deep-dive analysis, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Key qualifications include strong SQL and Tableau skills, along with experience in analyzing large datasets.

Excited to make an impact? Here are the details

What you'll do

  • Lead and set the standard: Act as the technical owner for the analytics team, establishing and enforcing robust standards for data warehousing architecture, data modelling, and data cleanliness to ensure a single, pristine source of truth
  • Build and Scale the Team: Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition as the company expands providing key inputs on required capabilities and target personnel
  • Define strategic metrics: Be instrumental in identifying and choosing the correct KPIs and metrics for dashboards and analysis, ensuring complex data structures are easily translatable into clear, actionable business insights
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
