The Opportunity

The Role

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering high‑impact analytics solutions across the firm. Working closely with partners, associates, and senior business stakeholders, the role leads complex analytical engagements, translating business needs into actionable insight and championing best practice in data analytics.

The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, collaborating and sharing knowledge with (junior) team members, and contributing directly to the firm’s reputation for high‑quality, insight‑driven decision‑making.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of analytics at the firm, working on strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders while helping to grow a market‑leading analytics capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex analytics initiatives, ensuring high standards of quality, insight, and impact.
  • Manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously, delivering to agreed timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver additional value from data by leveraging existing and emerging technologies, driving adoption of new analytical capabilities across the firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
