Senior Data Analyst

Blip is a leading tech company focused on software engineering solutions for sports entertainment. We operate at scale. As part of Flutter Entertainment, we play an essential role in the Group's goal of becoming the global leader in online sports betting and iGaming, developing innovative products and platforms for over 14 million monthly customers worldwide. We are serious about Tech. We are problem-solvers with big ambitions, keeping a people-first mindset at the core of our work. We prioritize flexibility as we strive to deliver the best technological products and tackle the greatest industry challenges. Recognizing that everyone brings their own strengths, backgrounds and new perspectives, we empower you to be yourself. That uniqueness shapes the culture of belonging we are so proud of.

The Role

Global Platforms operates at significant scale (~600 people), requiring a live, accurate, view of workforce composition, allocation, cost, and capability. This role is responsible for building and maintaining that view — enabling leadership to understand who we have, where they are deployed, how their time is spent, and how this aligns to investment, delivery and efficiency outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of Technology, Finance, and HR, combining data engineering, analytics, and business insight. It will also be central to the evolution of AI-enabled tooling, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve visibility, forecasting and decision-making.

What You'll be Doing

Workforce Visibility & Allocation

  • Maintain a single, accurate view of all people (~600) across Global Platforms, tracking organisational structure and role types, squad/platform allocation, location and cost centre, skills and capability profiles
  • Provide clear insight into how resources are distributed vs strategic priorities

Capacity & Investment Tracking

  • Track how time is spent across capitalised delivery, operational activity, and training/development
  • Ensure alignment between reported effort, financial capitalisation, and delivery plans
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies between engineering, finance, and planning views

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
