Connect to your opportunity
An exciting opportunity to be a part of the innovation and evolution of our Business Analysis practice.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will help stakeholders, architects, engineers and delivery teams understand business problems, define solution requirements and ensure technology-enabled change delivers measurable business value.
You will work across business processes, systems, integrations and data to translate complex needs into achievable solutions. Using a combination of business analysis, technical analysis and data-driven insight, you will help shape requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and support the successful delivery of products, platforms and services.
You will independently lead business analysis activities on moderately complex initiatives and may take ownership of larger workstreams involving multiple stakeholders, systems and data sources.
You will also contribute to the development of analysis standards, reusable assets and continuous improvement within the wider Business Analysis community.
We believe it is not a necessity to already have experience in professional services and believe that the more diverse industry experience you bring to the team, the better.
Specific responsibilities include:

- Support solution design, delivery, testing and business acceptance activities.
- Clarify and refine requirements throughout delivery as new information emerges.
- Support prioritisation decisions and help stakeholders balance scope, value and delivery constraints.
- Evaluate delivered solutions against agreed business outcomes and success measures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices, standards and reusable artefacts.
- Assess business, operational and technical impacts of proposed changes, ensuring stakeholders understand implications, dependencies and risks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
