Senior Data Analyst
Up to 90K/Remote

The Role
You will:
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Growth, and other business functions to solve complex business challenges through data.
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches, actionable insights, and clear recommendations.
- Develop and enhance BI reporting, dashboards, and self-serve analytics capabilities.
- Build scalable reporting solutions that improve data accessibility and support confident decision-making.
- Deliver customer, product, and commercial analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
- Support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing analysis and performance measurement.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to raising analytical standards and improving data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and a proven ability to solve complex analytical problems.
- Experience developing BI reporting, dashboards, and self-serve analytics solutions.
- Strong experience with Looker, Omni, or similar modern BI platforms.
- Understanding of experimentation methodologies and A/B testing analysis.
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into scalable analytical outputs.
- Exposure to dbt or analytics engineering principles is beneficial.
- Python experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
