Senior Data & Reporting Analyst - Redditch (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to join a large-scale retail finance analytics programme on an initial 6-month contract. Offering an Excellent Day Rate Available, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, improving reporting processes and supporting key business decisions.

You'll take ownership of reporting operations, prepare and validate data, support Power BI reporting solutions and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and stability. You'll also play an important role in service transition activities while helping to identify future reporting improvements.

- Strong SQL and data analysis
- Power BI datasets, semantic models and refresh support
- Data preparation, cleansing and validation
- Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
- Reporting operations and production support
- Advanced Excel
- Root-cause analysis and data quality management
