Job Opportunity at a Leading Investment Management Firm
A world-leading alternative investment management firm, driven by talent and advanced technology, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team. This firm focuses on delivering outperformance for sophisticated clients through systematic, discretionary, and solutions offerings across public and private markets.
The Role
- Lead the build-out of Market Data Operations, defining SLAs, runbooks, escalation paths, and global coverage models.
- Act as a primary support and escalation point for investment data queries from various internal stakeholders.
- Manage market data entitlements across real-time feeds and enterprise data products.
- Own and maintain security master content, instrument reference data, and identifier mapping tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee enterprise data usage tracking, cost attribution, and support exchange declaration/audit compliance.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and drive automation of daily operational tasks.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in a market data, data operations, or data management role within financial services.
- Hands-on administration experience with Bloomberg and LSEG entitlements.
- Familiarity with security master data structures (e.g., BBG, LSEG) and specialist tick data providers.
- Experience with exchange non-display/derived data declarations and vendor audit processes.
- Working proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of Linux, Git, and Jira preferred.
- Experience using AI and LLM tooling to automate or augment manual workflows.
