Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Business Analysis

  • Produce and maintain regular reports for senior management and regional heads, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of key performance metrics.
  • Monitor daily sales activity, including applications, payments, and visa submissions, and provide clear daily performance reports.
  • Analyse sales pipeline data to support forecasting for future intakes, including segmentation by nationality, conversion stage, and visa risk factors.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate team and regional performance against agreed KPIs and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.

CRM & Data Management

  • Provide support to sales teams on CRM-related queries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective and consistent system usage.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of CRM systems and projects to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain and update the agent database, ensuring data is accurate, complete, up to date, and compliant with relevant requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes using Python and other appropriate tools.
  • Establish and maintain robust data validation and quality-control processes.

Commission & Agent Operations

  • Manage, in collaboration with relevant team members, the end-to-end commission process for agents, including tracking, validation, reconciliation, and coordination with Finance to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure commission data is accurate and aligned with agreed commercial terms and performance records.
  • Oversee the issuance and management of agent contracts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring appropriate documentation.
  • Work closely with Finance and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operational processes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior leadership, regional heads, sales teams, Finance, and other departments to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and act as a trusted point of contact for reporting, data, and CRM-related matters.
  • Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced reporting, dashboard development, and forecasting capabilities using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and process optimisation.
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems, databases, and data management processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipelines, conversion rates, forecasting, and KPI management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with a focus on increasing efficiency, automation, and data quality.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Good experience in data analysis, business intelligence, sales operations, commercial analytics, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience producing management-level reporting and actionable business insights.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Power BI.
  • Practical experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing large or complex datasets.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in sales, education, international recruitment, or a similarly data-driven commercial environment would be advantageous.
