Level 4 Data Analytics · London Skills Bootcamp
Full-time · Fixed-term, around 4 months · Starts 12 October 2026 £13,500 to £20,000 for the contract (£40k to £60k annualised), PAYE Hybrid, with regular in-person days at our London office
Level 4 is analytics with real rigour, and you can teach it because you've lived it: past the basics, in a job where the analysis had to hold up.
You'll own a London cohort of 45 learners on our Level 4 Skills Bootcamp in data analytics, built on iO-Sphere's own curriculum. You set the pace, coordinate with the coaches supporting the cohort, and when someone starts quietly slipping, you're the one who catches it early.

We train people to do things with data and AI, not just learn about them. Learners work on real problems, including in Prism, a simulated business we built on 500 million rows of real data. 900+ people have trained with us, we're rated 4.8 on Google, and teams at PwC, BAE Systems, Dunelm, Motorway and CBRE send us their people. We're a startup, so how we coach is still evolving, and we'd want you helping shape it.
What you'll do
- Lead live sessions, in person in London and online
- Own the pace and progression of the 45-learner cohort, coordinate with the other coaches supporting it, and step in early when someone needs support
- Mark Level 4 submissions against our assessment criteria using our AI-assisted flow in iO Academy, making the final judgement and writing feedback specific enough to act on
- Be the point of quality for the cohort: spot risk early and work with our Delivery and Quality teams
- Put additional learning support (ALS) plans into practice, run and document interventions, and keep Aptem up to date to the standard a regulated provider needs
- Run onboarding and exit conversations, give information, advice and guidance throughout, and support learners into data roles

What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on data analysis experience beyond entry level: SQL, a BI tool, and the judgement that comes from real work
- Confident leading a room and setting a standard, not just presenting slides
- Comfortable managing the progress of a large cohort
- Comfortable coordinating other coaches across a large cohort
- Clear written English and a sharp eye for detail in feedback
- An inclusive approach: you adapt so learners with different needs and starting points all get there
- Able to attend the in-person days at our London office
- Skills Bootcamp delivery experience is a bonus
A teaching qualification isn't required. If you don't have the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), we fund it and you'll work towards it during the contract.
The essentials
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of around 4 months, from 12 October 2026 to the week after the programme ends
- Learners start on 2 November. We close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year
- Hybrid: regular in-person days at our London office, with the rest remote. We'll confirm the pattern at interview
- Pay: £13,500 to £20,000 for the contract (£40k to £60k annualised), paid through PAYE
- Enhanced DBS, safeguarding and Prevent training, and the right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship)
- Progression: depending on programme volume, there's a real route into further bootcamp delivery, trainer or apprenticeship coaching roles with us

Location
This role is London-based, with regular in-person days at our London office and the rest remote. If you live outside London, you'll need to be able to travel in for the in-person days.
How we hire
A short screening call, a session with our delivery team that includes a short sample of your teaching, and a final conversation. We move quickly, as the role starts on 12 October.
