The Role

- Comp: Negotiable (Base) + Company Performance Bonus (10%) + Share Options + UK iProov Benefits
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Revenue, Product, and Science & Technology teams. You won't just answer questions; you will help define them. By combining technical rigour with deep business acumen and owning how we measure and experiment, you will move the organisation beyond reactive reporting toward proactive, predictive decision-making.
Ultimately, your ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations will empower stakeholders to make informed strategic decisions that drive business growth and innovation.
How you can make an impact
- Lead strategic analysis: Proactively identify business opportunities and risks; take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from question to conclusion.
- Own experimentation & statistical rigour: Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments, and apply sound statistical and causal-inference methods so that decisions rest on trustworthy evidence.
- Define success metrics: Work with Product, Tech, and Science to define success metrics and the instrumentation behind them for new features before they launch, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Turn data into insight: Design insight-driven dashboards in Looker that answer strategic questions and tell a clear story rather than just displaying numbers, partnering with the BI analyst, who takes on their ongoing development and maintenance.
- Mentorship & standards: Act as a technical mentor to analysts, conducting code reviews (SQL/Python) and establishing best practices for analysis, data visualisation, and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
