We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Own the end-to-end media measurement framework, defining KPI standards and methodological principles.
- Act as the senior technical measurement authority, providing expert guidance on design, KPI selection, and evaluation.
- Lead the design and delivery of robust incrementality testing programs, including strategic geo-tests.
- Support the evolution of digital measurement approaches, ensuring appropriate use of platform, attribution, and incrementality signals.
- Create a unified approach to interpreting evidence, integrating econometrics, testing, and digital measurement.
- Build and develop market-leading measurement capability, leading a team of technical specialists.

What You'll Need
- Deep expertise in experimental design, causal measurement, and statistical analysis.
- Experience designing and evaluating large-scale media tests, including geo-testing or matched market experiments.
- Strong understanding of media measurement across ATL and digital, including econometrics, testing, and attribution.
- Proven experience developing measurement frameworks, standards, or methodologies.
- Strong technical capability, including complex SQL queries and Python for analysis and automation.
- Ability to translate complex measurement outputs into commercially actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing analysts or technical specialists.
