Senior Data Analyst

The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with teams across the business to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Translate complex business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations
  • Build and enhance BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Growth, and Customer functions
  • Deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives
  • Identify customer, product, and commercial trends within large datasets
  • Improve reporting standards, governance, and analytical best practice
  • Contribute to strategic analytics projects and business growth initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

You are a commercially minded analyst with strong technical expertise and the ability to influence decision-makers through data.

  • Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical problem-solving capability
  • Strong experience with Looker or Omni, including building trusted dashboards, semantic layers, and self-service reporting solutions end-to-end
  • Experience translating stakeholder requirements into scalable BI products and data solutions
  • Proven ability to drive business decisions through insight and effective stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting experimentation, testing, and performance analysis
  • Exposure to dbt, analytics engineering practices, or Python is beneficial
  • Comfortable operating independently in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
