Role Requirements
Client Management
- Lead client discussions, understand business needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide consulting expertise and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical & Analytics
- Analyze large, complex datasets using advanced analytical and statistical methods.
- Build data pipelines, dashboards, and automated marketing campaign tracking solutions.
- Demonstrate advanced SQL skills and experience with databases such as Teradata and MySQL.
- Harmonize data, build business-aligned models, and generate actionable insights.
- Use Google tools, including Google Sheets, and BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience with databases and SQL.
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client management skills.

Desirable Experience
- Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Experience using Google Sheets.
- Supply chain knowledge, particularly sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, and planning.
