You will lead analytics and reporting engagements, partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leading stakeholder discussions to understand reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.
  • Translating business challenges into practical and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automated reporting processes, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Building and optimising SQL-based data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
  • Developing KPI reporting and visualisation solutions using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and performance drivers through advanced analytics.
  • Managing project delivery, stakeholder communications, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Driving continuous improvement across reporting processes and analytics capabilities.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience working with SQL across large and complex datasets.
  • Proven experience delivering reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience working with retail or sales data would be particularly advantageous.
  • Expertise in dashboard development and data visualisation using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data modelling, data transformation, and reporting automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Experience delivering projects within client-facing or consulting environments.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets and broader reporting technologies is advantageous.
  • Exposure to supply chain, operational, commercial, or performance reporting is beneficial.
