Senior Data Analytics Consultant
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £55,000
Are you a Data Analyst with strong SQL skills who enjoys combining technical analysis with client-facing consulting?
Maxwell Bond are partnered with a growing consultancy looking for a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to work closely with clients, using data to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for growth. You'll take ownership of client engagements from end to end, combining advanced analytics and data modelling with strong stakeholder management and commercial understanding.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working beyond the technical side of data, building relationships with clients and internal teams, and translating complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

- Lead client conversations to understand business needs and identify opportunities
- Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex data clearly
- Lead client engagements from requirements through to delivery
- Work with large, complex datasets to solve analytical problems and generate insights
- Build data pipelines, dashboards and reporting solutions for self-service data needs
- Use advanced SQL to analyse and model data, with experience across commercial databases
- Use statistical and quantitative analysis to identify trends and relationships within data
- Manage client updates, meetings, risks and project success metrics
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience working with databases and SQL in a commercial environment
- Advanced SQL skills are essential
- Experience with Python or R and quantitative analysis/modelling
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Experience with Google tools, particularly Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and insight generation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Supply chain experience would be advantageous
