Software Engineer

£45,000 - £75,000 (some flexibility for exceptional candidates) | Hybrid London (1-2 Days per Week) | Python, AI & Data

We're partnered with a growing AI and data consultancy that works with investment managers, pension schemes, and financial institutions to deliver AI-powered products, data solutions, and intelligent automation.

Following continued growth and investment in its technology function, the business is looking to expand its current team across junior to senior roles.

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative engineering team where AI is embedded into day-to-day development. You'll work on a combination of client projects and proprietary products, helping to solve complex problems using modern software engineering, data, and AI technologies.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications and data-driven solutions.

You'll work closely with engineers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to build products that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and modern cloud technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
