As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, we're helping businesses move from strategy to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.

We're seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our civil service client.

Please note, this is a PAYE Umbrella contract until the end of March 2023 that will require an enhanced DBS check (due to the nature of work, the client is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974) and will also require working onsite in London 1-3 days per week.

As a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. This role will enhance our analytical capabilities, enabling us to deliver robust monthly and quarterly reporting that supports planning initiatives and improves the quality of management information. You will play a vital part in establishing data foundations, conducting comprehensive baselining exercises, and analysing reports to assess organisational impact.

You Will

  • Identify and define data requirements across the organisation to support strategic objectives
  • Conduct baselining activities to establish current state data landscapes and benchmark performance
  • Analyse reports and evaluate their impact on organisational performance and decision-making
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations for key performance indicators
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
