Are you an experienced Data Architect looking for an impactful new challenge? We are partnering with a high-profile client in the North West on a major transformation programme, and we are looking for a Senior Data Architect to join a growing consultancy business to deliver the work.
As an established digital consultancy, our client brings a pragmatic, agile, and experienced approach to helping clients transform their services. They are looking for someone who shares their drive for technical excellence and client collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect & Design: Shape future-state data platforms and design robust migration strategies from legacy solutions.
- Collaborate & Consult: Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand client needs, draft solutions, socialise concepts, and refine architectures based on feedback.
- Integrate & Govern: Ensure all deliverables align seamlessly with wider enterprise architectures and strict data governance requirements.
- Support & Mentor: Assist the wider team with data analysis, modeling, and the mentorship of junior staff or interns.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience architecting complex data solutions.
- Core Tech: Strong expertise in Azure data technologies and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Bonus Skills: Ideally experienced with Dataverse and machine learning solutions.
- Mindset: Someone curious, driven, collaborative, brave, and innovative who loves tackling ambitious projects.

Additional Details
- Contract type: Our client is ideally looking for a permanent member of staff although will consider a day rate contractor (outside of IR35) to deliver this programme.
- Regulated environment: Candidates/contractors must have experience working within a regulated environment.
- Location: This role is remote with occasional (monthly) travel to client sites.
