Senior Data Architect | Azure, Databricks & Lakehouse | £125k + Bonus

OB are currently partnered with a technology consultancy delivering a greenfield enterprise data platform for a UK sustainability organisation. The project is secured, and they're looking for experienced architects to lead design and implementation.

The Challenge

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of a new cloud data platform.
  • Design a scalable Databricks-based lakehouse on Azure.
  • Establish data governance, modelling standards, and architectural best practices.
  • Whiteboard solutions with clients and guide engineering teams through delivery.
  • Help establish the data foundation for a future AI and agentic capability.
