This is a hybrid role.
Your future duties and responsibilities
You'll work across complex data programmes, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, improve data quality, and deliver trusted data solutions. Using your analytical skills, you'll ensure data is accurately mapped, validated, and fit for business use while supporting successful Agile delivery.

- Produce source-to-target data mappings.
- Analyse and validate data using SQL.
- Interpret logical and physical data models.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and QA teams.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, and UAT.
- Identify risks, manage priorities, and drive delivery.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
You'll be an experienced Senior Data Business Analyst with strong SQL skills and a background delivering data-focused projects within Agile environments. You'll enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience as a Data Business Analyst.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Source-to-target data mapping expertise.
- Knowledge of data models (ERD, logical and physical).
- Experience with APIs, data integration, and event streams.
- Strong data quality analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Requirements gathering and user story writing.
- UAT support experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
