Build data pipelines, full-stack tools and generative AI infrastructure in a fast-moving team

Belfast based, hybrid working

Salary £50,000 to £60,000

UK work authorisation required

About the Company

Our client is a leading international professional services firm with a significant and growing technology function based in Belfast. Their innovation team sits at the intersection of business operations, technology and data, building production-grade tools and data infrastructure that drive efficiency and value across the organisation and for its clients. With a collaborative, fast-moving culture and a genuine appetite for AI and innovation, this is an environment where data engineers can do varied, meaningful work.

The Role

A hands-on Senior Data Engineer position embedded within a cross-functional innovation team, working alongside analysts, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. You will design and maintain production data pipelines, build full-stack data applications, integrate third-party platforms and support the development of generative AI tools. This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders and has a genuine interest in how technology can transform professional services.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
