This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist data and technology consultancy working with major brands across entertainment, sport and cultural sectors. You'll take ownership of data engineering initiatives across both internal platforms and client projects, working directly with senior leadership whilst building scalable solutions that drive real business impact.

Our client is a data-driven marketing and technology consultancy that helps organisations better understand their customers and maximise commercial performance. Working across large-scale customer data, analytics and AI projects, they partner with well-known organisations to deliver data-led solutions. With continued project wins and growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their engineering capability with a key hire reporting directly to the CTO.

THE ROLE
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations across a range of customer, CRM, marketing and behavioural data sources
- Own and develop cloud-based data infrastructure across GCP, Snowflake and client environments
- Design and implement data models, transformations and scalable warehouse solutions
- Deliver technical solutions for client data platform projects, including customer data platforms and CRM integrations
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise
- Support the ongoing improvement of engineering standards, processes and platform capabilities
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong Python experience for production-grade engineering and integration work
- Strong SQL skills and experience building data pipelines and warehouse solutions
- Experience with cloud technologies, ideally GCP, Snowflake or similar environments
- Understanding of data modelling and modern data engineering best practices
- Experience deploying, testing and maintaining production systems
- Consultancy, agency, startup or client-facing experience would be advantageous
- Experience working with customer, CRM or marketing data would be beneficial

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- £60,000-£80,000 base salary
