SENIOR DATA ENGINEER

£75,000

LONDON

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest publicly funded arts and entertainment organisations as it embarks on a major data transformation. You'll play a key role in building a modern data platform from the ground up, helping shape engineering standards, architecture and the future use of AI across the organisation.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a nationally recognised arts and entertainment organisation with over 1,000 employees operating across multiple venues and productions. Following significant investment in Data & Insights leadership, they are implementing a new data platform designed to unlock greater value from data across the business. This role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in an organisation where data maturity is still developing and where your work will directly influence future strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
