The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of Azure Data Engineers, ensuring high engineering standards and code quality.
- Design and develop modern data solutions leveraging Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Pipelines, Logic Apps, and SQL.
- Drive the expansion and optimisation of the enterprise data warehouse, collaborating closely with application and database teams.
- Influence technical direction and modernise the data platform within a technology-focused business committed to continuous investment.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer with a strong focus on Azure data platforms.
- Expertise in Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Pipelines, and SQL.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a small team of data engineers.
- Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and strategic data initiatives.
