Senior Data Engineer
π Newport (Hybrid - 20% onsite)

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a growing digital and data team responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining enterprise-scale data services that support critical business operations.
This is an opportunity to work within a modern cloud environment, helping to design and deliver robust data solutions while collaborating with Data, BI, and wider technology teams.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and building scalable data pipelines
- Developing and optimising ETL processes
- Building solutions to integrate and move data across systems
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Supporting the development of modern cloud-based data platforms
- Championing best practices in Data Engineering, DevOps, and Agile delivery

What we're looking for
- β Azure Data Factory (ADF) experience
- β Databricks experience
- β Strong Python development skills
- β Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- β Azure DevOps experience
- β Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- β Understanding of scalable, future-proof data architectures
- β Experience delivering technical solutions within large projects
