You'll work closely with customers to understand their business processes, existing data landscape and integration requirements before designing and implementing practical cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure.

You'll play an active role throughout the project lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through to implementation, deployment and ongoing support—ensuring every solution is secure, scalable, reliable and easy to maintain.

You will make an impact by:

  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their business processes, systems and data integration requirements.
  • Leading discovery workshops and technical discussions to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Designing, developing and maintaining data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure.
  • Building secure REST API and SFTP integrations between internal applications and third-party platforms.
  • Developing and supporting Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses, Warehouses, Dataflows and Data Pipelines.
  • Designing and implementing ETL and ELT solutions that integrate data from SQL Server, APIs, CSV, Excel, JSON and XML sources.
  • Collaborating with Data Architects, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers and delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contributing to solution design, technical planning and implementation activities across multiple projects.
  • Monitoring production data solutions and investigate incidents using a structured root cause analysis approach.
  • Implementing improvements that enhance platform reliability, performance and maintainability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
