Job Overview

Arm is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support a portfolio of in-flight Commercial data, automation, and reporting initiatives.

You will build and maintain reliable datasets, pipelines, and integrations that connect operational data across Arm’s systems and make it usable for automation, analytics, reporting, and decision making.

This is a hands-on fixed-term role with a strong delivery focus. You will take ownership of existing technical work, work with process owners and technical teams to resolve outstanding issues, and help move solutions from development through to reliable operational use.

You will work across a varied set of Commercial initiatives, with opportunities to support data products, process intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets using Python, SQL, and modern data-engineering platforms.
  • Pick up and progress existing data-engineering work, troubleshooting issues, and helping solutions move through testing, deployment, and handover.
  • Integrate data from enterprise systems, APIs, and other sources to support automation, reporting, and analytical use cases.
  • Translate business and process requirements into appropriate data models, transformations, metrics, and reusable data products.
  • Work with business process owners, developers, Enterprise IT, and Data teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Apply data quality, lineage, testing, monitoring, security, and governance practices so outputs are trusted and maintainable.
  • Support reporting, process-intelligence, and automation solutions by ensuring the underlying data is accurate, accessible, and reliable.
  • Manage competing priorities and dependencies across multiple in-flight initiatives, maintaining clear technical documentation and supporting effective handover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
