  • Lead the design and development of data models, with a focus on Data Vault methodology
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
  • Implement and optimise Snowflake-based data warehouse architectures
  • Provide expertise in data modelling best practices, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to discuss strategy, progress, and technical insights
  • Document data processes, standards, and best practices to support continued organisational growth
  • Work independently, managing priorities effectively to meet project deadlines

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience implementing Data Vault modelling techniques, demonstrating familiarity through past projects
  • Strong proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing technology
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Availability to start quickly, preferably immediately or on short notice
  • Comfortable working within IR35 regulations
  • Experience in a data-driven role within a corporate environment

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Background in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Trading sectors
  • Familiarity with DBT or similar data transformation tools
  • Experience working on complex data transformation and integration projects
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics solutions and data pipeline orchestration
