Leading Financial Services Client

Job Opportunity: Senior Data Engineers

A leading Financial Services client is currently undergoing a significant data transformation and is seeking to hire several Senior Data Engineers to join them on this exciting journey. The roles offer a base salary between £55,000 and £75,000, along with a strong benefits package and flexible working arrangements.

About the Role

Our client is looking for strategically minded Data Engineers who are naturally curious and understand a business’s drive to implement new data sources, data flows, automated processes, and database structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building data sources, data flows, automated processes, and database structures.
  • Building and managing a Snowflake ecosystem to support streaming and batch workflows, allowing end user teams to access data, build reports, and leverage automation tools.
  • Supporting the adoption of GenAI tools and techniques and leading platform innovation with Snowflake and Microsoft.

Ideal Experience & Background

  • Strong experience with Snowflake (SQL scripting DDL and DML).
  • Good knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
