Senior Data Engineer - Remote (UK Based) - Up to £85k - Permanent
We're partnering with a fast-growing, specialist data consultancy that helps organisations unlock the value of their data through modern cloud technologies. With expertise spanning analytics, data engineering and integration, the business delivers end-to-end solutions for clients across a range of industries. Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, they're looking to appoint a Senior Data Engineer to join their engineering team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful technical delivery of customer projects from discovery through to implementation
- Own solution design, requirements gathering, architecture and technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership within the engineering team and help shape technical standards
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Produce high-quality functional and technical documentation
- Deliver scalable, best-practice data solutions and contribute reusable frameworks and accelerators

What we're looking for
- Extensive experience with SQL and Python
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more cloud data platforms
- Experience with modern ELT/data integration tools
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Designing secure, maintainable and scalable end-to-end data architectures
