Are you an experienced Senior Data Executive to join a large and established environmental company in the West Midlands?

Do you enjoy working with large corporate clients, combining exceptional B2B customer service with strong data management and Excel skills?

My client is looking to recruit a Senior Data Executive to join their growing business where you will be responsible for managing and analysing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and providing a professional and responsive service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain large volumes of customer and operational data.
  • Provide exceptional B2B customer service to large corporate clients.
  • Analyse, manipulate and reconcile large data sets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Produce reports and management information for clients and internal teams.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and customer queries.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer and data-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.
  • Manage workload effectively and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Support and provide guidance to junior members of the team where required.

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B customer service, ideally working with large corporate clients.
  • Strong experience managing large volumes of data.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of queries and tasks.
  • Experience within the environmental, waste, utilities or similar sectors would be advantageous.
