Senior Data Platform Engineer with Cloud GCP Experience
Role Overview
Senior data platform engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as an infrastructure engineer.
- Working experience on various GCP components like Big Query, Kubernetes, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer, KMS, Pub/Sub, Bigtable, etc.
- Working experience on Terraform scripting and Unix shell scripting.
- Experience on deploying Postgres and third-party components like ForgeRock and Transmit components.
- Experience using Jenkins and GitHub.
- GCP certified Associate Engineer.
- Coordination and Collaboration with other teams within the bank.
- Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience on various deployment patterns on GCP.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, Agile Discipline.
- Excellent communication skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate the results and analysis effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience on the security domain. Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
