You'll join our Quality Systems and Credentialing team, helping to improve the quality and integrity of referrer and patient data across our organisation. Alongside leading a small team, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting data quality initiatives, and helping to ensure colleagues have access to reliable information when they need it most.

What you'll do
- Lead and support a Data Quality Assistants, allocating workload and monitoring performance against agreed deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee the accurate creation, maintenance and validation of referrer records within Expanse and associated systems.
- Identify, investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, inaccuracies and duplicate records.
- Support large scale data cleansing activities, ensuring information is standardised, accurate and compliant.
- Produce regular updates and reports for the Head of Quality Systems and Credentialing, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a data administration, data quality or high volume data entry environment.
- Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using databases and multiple systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
