Senior Data Scientist

Req ID: 10157135

About the Role

Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Hulu) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, specifically focused on marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Data Scientist to join our Disney+ Analytics & Insights EMEA team. The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively alongside functional EMEA Analytics teams (Content, Subscriber Growth, Local) and wider business leads to deliver robust data science projects and models. Sitting within the Data Science team there will be a focus on forecasting of customer trends and engagement as well as ad hoc modelling to gain additional insight from our vast customer data.

This role will leverage excellent technical, storytelling and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally to identify business needs and deliver data science projects across EMEA.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Values

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
