Senior Data Scientist - Fully Remote
Join a growing consumer-focused digital business as their first dedicated Data Scientist. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape experimentation and modelling capabilities while working closely with Product and Marketing leaders to drive measurable commercial impact.
The Role
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation across Product and Marketing
- Build predictive models for customer behaviour, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Develop customer segmentation and behavioural insights
- Measure marketing effectiveness through incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modelling
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial Data Science experience
- Expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and statistical modelling
- Python and SQL skills
- Experience within ecommerce, digital, product, growth, or marketing analytics environments
- Ability to translate analysis into business impact
