Senior Data Scientist: Contract | Up to £600/day outside IR35 | Hybrid, London
A major consumer goods business is seeking a contract Senior Data Scientist. The programme is consolidating a fragmented estate and standardising how things are done across the group. It's early days, the team is lean and the structure is still being shaped.
About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'd be working with the newly consolidated data to surface insight and build models that support decisions across the business, from customer behaviour to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and deploying predictive models into production environments
- Working with large, messy, or inconsistent datasets and getting them into a usable state
- Translating business problems into analytical approaches and communicating findings clearly
- Working autonomously in an unstructured environment with limited process in place
- Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications
Experience working within a retail/consumer business is an excellent advantage.
