Senior Data Scientist
Are you an experienced Data Scientist who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insight? Are you comfortable working across technical, creative and commercial teams to solve challenging problems?
We are working with a leading marketing, advertising and public relations agency that uses data and technology to deliver innovative solutions for a range of high-profile clients.
The Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping data strategy and using advanced analytics to support impactful marketing and commercial decisions.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from hypothesis generation through to model development and deployment.
- Work closely with marketing, creative and technical teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations in an engaging and accessible way.
- Mentor and support junior members of the data science team, helping to develop technical capability and best practice.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You should have:
Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience in data science or a related discipline, ideally within marketing, advertising or another data-driven environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Python, R and SQL skills, with experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong statistical and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.

Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and tell compelling stories through data.
Education:
- A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related subject. A Master's or PhD would be advantageous.
