We are looking for candidates that have worked within a statutory environment within Local Authority Housing. The role will involve working within BI Dashboards and include creating them.

The Main Duties Will Be:

  • Overseeing the Data analysis work in their designated area
  • Support in Producing BI and MI reports and dashboards to enable end users to self-serve
  • Communicating data trends to Senior Staff members and Boards for their Specified Service areas
  • Researching and developing new ways to make use of the data available
  • Providing advice and support to SMT members in the service performance aligned to the directorate performance framework
  • Develop their in-depth detailed knowledge in the Service areas allocated to become experts in the service as well as the data
  • Agreeing ad hoc Projects and the scope with Service AD’s
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team even outside their area to achieve deadlines
