In this role, you will work closely with HR and Talent stakeholders to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and deliver successful Dayforce implementations across areas such as Recruiting, Performance Management, Goals, Learning, Career & Development, and Succession.
- Lead Talent workstreams throughout the Dayforce implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Run client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into practical Dayforce solutions.
- Configure and optimize Dayforce Talent functionality based on client requirements and best practices.
- Support testing, data migration, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Provide functional guidance and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, and other functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support clients with post-go-live improvements and ongoing optimization.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce, with a focus on Talent.
- Strong experience in at least two Talent areas, such as Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Goals, Career, or Succession.
- Experience delivering client-facing HCM implementations or consulting projects.
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
- Dayforce certification is a plus.
- Experience with UK/EMEA HR practices, integrations, or data migration is an advantage.
