Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Deal Desk Specialist who will strengthen our Global Sales Operations team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations, you'll work closely with Sales functions worldwide — including Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, and MSP teams — as well as Finance, Legal, and Security. You'll bring business insight and coaching to the table, helping to increase the velocity of our sales engine.

This is a unique opportunity to join a booming software business in a role that directly shapes business agility and success.

This is a hybrid Position that requires 3 days onsite per week based out of our London, UK office. Candidates MUST live within commutable distance to London.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end management of the Deal Desk, ensuring speed and consistency across the deal lifecycle.
  • Manage the deal queue, organize deal reviews, and drive timely decision-making to keep Deal Desk output on track.
  • Define, measure, and report on Deal Desk SLAs to ensure consistent turnaround and accountability.
  • Review complex deals and provide recommendations on pricing, positioning, and deal structure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team on deal-related questions.
  • Review and approve partner contract terms in line with company policy.
  • Facilitate contract reviews and redlining with Legal, Sales, and external parties.
  • Support the Sales team in responding to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and auditable approval records for any deviations from standard terms and conditions.
  • Help shape and steer pricing and packaging strategy and initiatives.
  • Document policies and guidelines, and deliver related sales training.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including new process design and system enhancements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
